Merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with the details contained within this page will be refunded to the purchaser’s credit card, however: 


We DO NOT refund for late delivery of pre-orders.

  • If you wish to return something you have purchased, request a Merchandise Return Number (MRN) within 7 days of receipt of your order by emailing contact@maximillia.com - please state your order number in the subject bar and detail which items you wish to return
  • Please write your MRN clearly on the outside of your package
  • Post the item/s back to us within 7 days of receipt of your MRN
  • We will NOT accept returns without a MRN
  • Items must be returned in as new condition with all tags attached - any items that are soiled or damaged will be returned to sender or dry-cleaned at the customer's expense.

    A return will be considered a late return if you request your MRN more than 7 days after receipt of your item, or if you dispatch your return more than 7 days after receipt of your MRN. Late returns will be accepted at the discretion of Maximillia, and only for store credit.

    The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty.

    Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed.


    In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. You'll get the right size or colour fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll issue a refund. 


    Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

    Store Credit

    • Store credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue
    • We reserve the right to deem any outstanding credit values null and void after the expiration date
    • Items purchased with store credit are deemed as Final Sale
    Pre Orders

    Items yet to arrive in store can be pre-ordered through our website:

    • Add the item/s to your shopping cart and checkout as usual - full pre-payment will need to be made to secure your order
    • Items will be held for you pending arrival in store. You will be notified of your order's arrival and a shipment confirmation with tracking information will be emailed to you

    We do not guarantee delivery dates for pre-ordered items - delivery time frames stated on our website are only a suggestion and provided to us by the manufacturer. We do not cancel or refund orders for late delivery.
